Margaret Alice Walls, daughter, mother, grandmother and aunt was born October 1, 1922 to the late Irene Nelson Walls and Clifford U. Walls in Oxford, Pennsylvania. She departed this life on February 20, 2010 in Columbia, S.C.

Margaret or 'Tim' as she was affectionately called by family and friends was educated in the Oxford, Pennsylvania Public School System. Upon graduating from Oxford High School, 'Tim' began employment at various jobs in the Oxford area. She also was employed at the Arbell Glove factory in Philadelphia, Pa. for a number of years and worked as a domestic in suburbia Philadelphia, Pa. until her retirement in 1986.

She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church in Oxford, Pa. and later became a member of Polite Temple Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pa. from 1996 to 2002.

'Tim' was a very fun loving and caring person her entire life. She was an avid dancer and loved to travel, but at heart she was a home body that loved her family dearly. Her daughter-in-law Judy and her were a shopping duo; they enjoyed going to the flea markets and thrift stores together, usually spending entire Saturdays. 'Tim' also enjoyed watching basketball and baseball games on television. All were welcome to her home for a good hot meal and a lot of laughter.

In 1992, she moved to the home of her son and dear daughter in–law in Philadelphia, Pa. In 1998, she started to show signs of Alzheimer/dementia and needed some additional medical assistance. In 2002, when her son and his wife moved to Columbia, South Carolina she moved with them and became a resident at the Magnolia Manor Nursing Home, until her going home with the Lord.

Surviving are her son, Minister Nelson L. Walls, grandchildren, Dr. Alonzo (Shenara) Sexton of Athens, GA., Robert Sexton of Lexington, SC and Richard Sexton, Esquire of Phoenix, AR., three grandsons, R.J. Sexton, of Philadelphia, Pa., Ty Sexton of Athens GA, and Austin Sexton, of Athens GA and numerous cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother Earl 'Deanie' Walls.
